Carrying this inspiration forward into action, Faiyaz Koucher alongside a team of passionate local youth founded SivHelp in Sivasagar. Together, we combine technology, transparency, and ground-level action to ensure that poor and flood-affected families receive verified, direct support whenever crisis strikes.

SivHelp is a digital humanitarian platform started in Sivasagar by Faiyaz Koucher and a team of local youth. Inspired by Zubeen Garg's model of service, it connects poor and flood-affected families with verified essential supplies like food, medicines, and emergency goods through ground-level volunteer action.
Every request submitted under "Order Relief Items" is personally assigned to a local youth volunteer. The volunteer visits or contacts the family directly on the ground to verify their genuine needs before any relief items are dispatched.
Anyone facing immediate emergencies such as flood displacement, severe medical needs, or extreme financial hardship—can submit a request for essential goods and support.
You can sign up through our "Volunteer" page to join Faiyaz Koucher and the local field team in Sivasagar. If you wish to donate supplies or fulfill active requests, you can browse verified needs under the "Give Help" page.
While our ground team and initial operations are rooted in Sivasagar, our long-term vision is to expand this youth-led transparent support network across Assam.
